Pivot Cares began with a simple idea: everyone deserves a fair chance to start over and thrive. Since our founding, we’ve supported returning citizens from both military service and incarceration across Virginia and nearby states. Our team understands that the transition back into the community can be tough, so we focus on offering real help—like job support, business development guidance, and practical resources that foster self-sufficiency.

What sets us apart is our commitment to reducing reliance on government assistance while empowering individuals to build stable careers and businesses in their local communities. As a tax exempt recognized 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit, we work directly with people navigating life after service or incarceration, providing a bridge to new opportunities.
